So, when we speak, we will ask questions like:

• What type of situation are you looking for:  Full-time • Part-time • Temporary or Permanent?
• How many hours do you want to work?
• What geographic area do you want to work?  (Promise:  we can find opportunities in any location)
• What type of practice do you prefer?
• What are you goals now and in the future?
• Do you want to be a practice owner in the future?
• If so, would you like to work as an Associate Dentist and buy the practice over time?

Our goal is to understand what type of arrangement you prefer, and if you would like, we go to work to find it.

There is never a fee to place you with a practice looking for an Associate Dentist.

Prospective practices pay the recruitment fee.
